I do believe in the notion of true love although it has eluded me. I just listened to these great love stories on "This American Life" about the odds of finding the right person. I can honestly say that I don't believe there is the one and only right person for each of us, but I do believe that finding someone who might meet many of our needs and desires at this later point in life, well, it might be against all oddsbut I still want to believe that love can actually happen.
To make this not so complicated these are things I like in men: kindness, a positive attitude, willingness to be open, tolerant of people who are different, smart and well-educated, treat people respectfully and has good manners. You might enjoy doing at least a few of the things I enjoy, but I respect your life to have your own interests, which may be completely different than mine. So, these are things I like to do: travel (internationally) when I can, doing work that is rewarding, volunteering in the community, attending an art or cultural event. I enjoy long conversations, long walks, and a long loving kiss.
These are things that I offer: I know how to be a great friend, I am loyal and responsive. I am interested and curious about the world and love to continue to learn and share ideas. I have a wonderful sense of making things beautiful and special for others.like cooking a wonderful dinner, giving a soothing massage, and listening to stories.
