I just discovered that my crazy stalker ex, who has been stalking me for months, lives a few from me. He repainted his 86 a shiny, new black. Recently, I found out he supposedly raped one of the employees at his favorite hot-spot, from several VERY reliable sources. She quit her job to stay away from him. I know who she is, too. She didn't file charges against him because, my guess is, he offered to walk her to her apartment when she was done with her shift, and she dresses revealingly, because of her job. So, everyone saw them leave together. I know that she closed the door to her apartment, and he broke in (probably wasn't locked yet) and raped her. I am terrified to get a restraining order, because he is crazy enough to burn down my house in revenge. He even has a girlfriend now, and STILL he won't leave me alone!! As for those who say "why did you date him?" Because he was really good to me until a certain point, in which he became verbally and emotionally abusive, at which point I broke up with him. Yes, it happened that fast, and read on to find out what the cause was. I found out after the fact, when cleaning his things out of my house, that he was a huge addict I found a stash of prescription that were not his. And I found out more about him and all the lies he had been telling me (BIG lies) the whole time. The truth came out. And now I'm terrified. I can't get a dog I'm not home enough to take care of it. Should I just file a report to have on file? I'm terrified that if I file for an RO, he is smart enough and evil and convincing enough to turn it around on me and make me look bad to the and the general public. What do I do?!?!?!?
