So, I have a plan and the plan has been set into motion. So far, it has been 34 hours since my last drink. I be watching my body closely for the next 48 hours for any kind of withdrawal symptom. I am also going to drink a LOT of water and take thiamin and antioxidants to flush my system of the alcohol and alcohol related toxins. After that, I watch myself for the next two weeks. If I make it past that my next goal is to eliminate caffine. Well, I be surprised if you make it to the end of this note. But, I guess I wanted to thank you, give you a progress, and emphasize and re-affirm my goals and plans to myself. My best to you and yours.. I do not know my sexual orientation right now. But, I dont think that it matters. And I think that sex should be off the radar screen for now. Whatever orientation I am I am committed to GLBT rights in general; non-traditional family rights and equal treatment by the state and employers; and rights, protection, and care facilities and programs for HIV+ victims. That is a commitment I have as an educated person regardless of my orientation. And I am proud to say that I am the secretary for the Louisiana political action commitee for the protection of and advocacy for the GLBT community the Forum for Equality. SJS
